Students

Use your UNCW account (with @uncw.edu) and password in this Parking Portal to purchase parking permits, vanity plates, bike rentals, appeal citations and manage your parking account.  Your parking permit, citations, and boot charges go directly to your UNCW Student Account e-bill.


Faculty and Staff

Use your UNCW account (with @uncw.edu) and password in this Parking Portal to purchase parking permits, vanity plates, bike rentals, appeal citations and manage your parking account. 


Visitors

Create a visitor account and password in the Parking Portal to appeal and pay citations. 


UNCW Departments 

Use your Department ID and password in this Parking Portal to purchase departmental service vehicle parking permits, appeal departmental citations, submit departmental event parking requests, and manage your departmental parking account.  New users will need to contact the parking office to obtain your Department ID and a temporary password for your first login.


Contract Management and Staff 

(Aramark, Barnes & Noble, Defender, Isaac Bear, New Hanover County Transition, Pediatric Behavioral Health, Ruffalo Cody Company)

Use your Contract Employee ID and password in this Parking Portal to purchase parking permits, appeal citations, pay citations and manage your parking account.  New users will need to contact the parking office to obtain your Contract Employee ID and a temporary password for your first login.


Non-Campus Based Contractor/Vendor 

Use your ID and password in this Parking Portal to purchase parking permits, appeal citations, pay citations and manage your parking account.  New users will need to contact the parking office to obtain your ID and a temporary password for your first login.



UNCW Retirees
